HI, Iโ€™M VLADA

I'm a UX/UI designer who thinks in systems and cares about outcomes. My background spans B2B, B2B2C, and enterprise products across UX/UI, Service Design, and Enterprise UX so I'm comfortable working at any altitude, from component details to full service ecosystems. I don't see myself as just a designer. I understand the business side, I can speak to stakeholders, and I know how to connect design decisions to real results. Complex problems where good design makes a measurable difference, that's where I do my best work.

In my free time, I love to paint๐ŸŽจ, hike with my dog ๐Ÿพ, bake sourdough bread ๐Ÿž, and discover new food with friends. ๐Ÿœ

Evolving

Meaningful

Collaborative

I believe that design is a perpetual process that reflects the ever-evolving society. Design grows with society, and habituates to the culture it belongs to. While the future is uncertain, design habituates to this uncertainty by being iterative and timeless.

At my core, I want to create experiences that are meaningful for humans by understanding and empathizing with the people I design for. This can be achieved when users actively participate in the design process, which is the most exhilarating part of creating something purposeful and personal. I believe that a well-designed product provides a vigorous sense of emotional connection with the user while accommodating its purport and function.

Design requires a higher sense of collaborating with different perspectives to achieve a holistic and ingenious result. Collaboration is a physical space that emboldens an engagement in listening, observing and identifying opportunities to solve problems.
